Welcome to Ahona Raingutters LLC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and our rain gutter installation, repair, cleaning, and maintenance services ("Services"). By accessing our website or booking our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Services, Estimates, and Quotes

We provide professional raingutter services for residential and commercial properties.

  • Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate property details, measurements, and structural information when requesting a quote or estimate.

  • Estimate Validity: All quotes and estimates generated through our site or via Jobber are valid for exactly 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Expiration: After 30 days, expired estimates are subject to revision based on current material costs and scheduling availability.

  • On-Site Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust estimates if the physical on-site property conditions differ significantly from the details provided during the initial request.

2. Deposit Requirements for Installations

For all new gutter installations and major replacement projects, a deposit is required before work can begin.

  • Booking & Materials: An upfront deposit must be paid to secure your installation date and fund custom material procurement.

  • Invoicing: Your deposit invoice will be sent securely via Jobber and must be cleared prior to our arrival on site.

  • Application of Funds: The deposit amount will be fully credited toward your final project invoice.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We coordinate and schedule all projects through our business management platform, Jobber.

  • Weather Dependability: Gutter services are highly dependent on local weather conditions. We reserve the right to reschedule services to ensure safety and quality work.

  • Cancellation Window: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment.

  • Property Access: You agree to provide our technicians with safe and clear access to the entire perimeter of your property on the scheduled service day.

4. Payment Terms and Late Fees

Billing, invoicing, and digital payment collections are managed and securely processed through Jobber.

  • Due Date: Final invoices are issued upon project completion and are due immediately upon receipt unless prior financing or payment terms are agreed upon.

  • No Grace Period: Payment is due immediately on the invoice date. There is no grace period.

  • Late Fees: Late fees may be charged immediately for any accounts remaining unpaid past their due date, up to the maximum amount or interest rate allowed under Hawaii state law.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods designated on your Jobber digital invoice. [1, 2]

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Communication

By opting into our communications, you agree to receive automated and manual text messages through Jobber.

  • Purpose: Text updates will strictly relate to job scheduling, quote approvals, project updates, and billing.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt-out of text communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. Standard message and data rates apply.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of our Services is limited to the total amount paid for those specific Services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any legal actions or disputes arising from these Terms or our Services must be handled in the courts located in Hilo, HI.
